3. I have made the payment, but am unable to attend the course- can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund- if you cancel within 48 hours of registration you will get a full refund.
Any cancellation or reschedule made after the 48 hour period will be billed a 25% administrative fee. A cancellation or reschedule request that is received within 15 business days before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
But, if you have actually attended any of the days you will not be given a refund.
4. Can I get a substitute to attend the workshop in my place?
Yes, substitutions will be accepted prior to the commencement of the course.
5. When will we be given the certificate for PDUs? Is there an extra cost involved?
You will get this certificate on successful completion of the course. No extra cost has to be paid.
